Ken Rudnicky
Production Manager: Flanders Facility
Ken joined First Priority in 2013, bringing over 25 years of experience in emergency vehicle design, manufacturing, and maintenance. Ken serves as production manager for First Priorityโ€™s Conversions, Light Rescue, Fleet Vehicle, and Custom Cabinet product lines in the Flanders, NJ facility. Prior to joining First Priority, Ken worked for Odyssey Automotive Specialty in various roles including operations supervisor and production manager. Ken also served two years as Fleet Manager for Jersey City Medical Center where he was responsible for all aspects of the emergency vehicle fleet in New Jerseyโ€™s busiest EMS system.
Adam Grecco
Managing Sales Director
Adam joined First Priority after a 15 year career at Odyssey Automotive Specialty, where he acquired skills in direct sales, marketing, and technical support. He is a versatile and accomplished professional with a proven and time-tested record of transforming complex technical challenges into business growth solutions for driving operational efficiency, accelerating sales growth, and strengthening market position. Adam is a consummate customer relationship manager with a reputation for instilling confidence, credibility, and trust with the most demanding clients to ensure long-term and highly profitable business relationships. Adam graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a BA degree in Communications.

EMS Division

Ken Clark
Vice President of EMS
With over 30 years in emergency services, Ken has diverse experience in both emergency medical services and firefighting. Ken is responsible for sales and product management activities of major product lines for regional distributor of ambulances and specialty vehicles. Under Kenโ€™s leadership, the EMS sales team has opened new markets, and improved new product development. The EMS division has consistently been named โ€œDealer of the Yearโ€ by a number of our manufacturing partners during Kenโ€™s tenure as division manager. Ken earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University.

Fire Division

Skip Stinger
Vice President of Fire Apparatus Sales
Skip has served 25 years for the Camden City Fire Department and retired after serving as a Deputy Chief, 2nd in command for his last ten years of service. Skip joined First Priority in 2010 as Sales Manager for the Fire Division. He has been selling fire apparatus for over 31 years, 28 of which have been selling KME Fire Apparatus. First Priority Emergency Vehicleโ€™s Fire Division has continually performed to a high level having been awarded by KME Fire for the top dealer and two third place awards over the last five years. Skip earned his Bachelorโ€™s in Fire Service Management from the University of Maryland.
